Captain Gaston Williams

Captain Williams and his wife Pat are the owners and operators of Overdrawn Charters, based in Manteo, North Carolina, along the beautiful Outer Banks. Long-time residents of eastern North Carolina, Gaston and Pat are very familiar with the area, the people, the laid-back lifestyle, and especially the great fishing.

Captain Williams has fished in eastern North Carolina all his life, and is completely familiar with all local waters. His outdoor experience has given him great insight into local weather conditions, the main factor in knowing when to go, where to go, and how to catch fish. As a US Coast Guard certified captain, Gaston shares his experience with other local fishermen, as they do with him, therefore gaining knowledge of what kind of fish are biting, and where they are.

The Overdrawn

OVERDRAWN is a 25-foot Parker fishing boat built in Beaufort, NC and is especially suited for use in the sounds and inlets of eastern North Carolina. With a fully enclosed cabin and electric head, high sides, a wide 9 1/2' beam, shallow draft, and a 225 hp four-stroke Yamaha outboard engine, OVERDRAWN provides a safe, clean, and comfortable ride you'll really enjoy. The boat carries a full array of the latest electronics and safety equipment, is fully insured, and routinely passes all safety inspections by the United States Coast Guard.
